Product Purchase
Payment is made on the website by credit card or PayPal. Cash payment is only possible by self-pickup.


Shipping
We ships worldwide. We employ the services of major, trusted domestic and international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely. You can place your order directly, If your country is not in our delivery range, Please contact us by email to support@modelo.com.

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times vary based on the destination.

The total shipping cost and shipping times for your order will be displayed at checkout under Order Summary. The shipping cost varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.


About tax
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.


Refund policy
At Modelo, customer satisfaction is always our first priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

No product replacement or return on Sale items.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance. We will reply to you within 2 business days. You can contact us by sending us an email to support@modelo.com.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item.

14 Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us by email to support@modelo.com.

In the email please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
No warranty on items that were inserted into dryer and items that were washed in temperature over 40°C - Please see fabric care instructions.

Our Solutions
1. Modelo's responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Modelo is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.

2.Customer's responsibility:
Incorrect order(size/color of the item) If the customer has ordered an incorrect size/color or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unwanted item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 14 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

Compensation time-frame
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
